Fernando has more than 10 years experience helping companies to do business between Europe and China. His broad management experience spans across the C-suite spectrum, having been interim CEO, interim CFO and COO. Fernando has had managerial roles in large public companies as well as smaller enterprises, all the way to start-ups in a variety of industries. He considers himself a global strategist and a business developer with a strong focus on bridging cultures. Due to a passion to help early stage founders Fernando was a mentor and advisor to start-up companies at the Entrepreneurship Summer School at London Business School for almost 20 years.

Fernando holds an MBA from London Business School with a concentration in strategy and entrepreneurship. He is fluent in Spanish, English and French.
